I kid you not, I won a battle with almost just that move with my Sylveon.
She has the ability of “Cute Charm” and it wasn’t until the other pokemon did a physical attack against my Sylveon did I know what it actually does. The other pokemon fell in love with her and Draining Kiss just gave her back what hp the other pokemon took away :’D
