it’s totally to keep everyone in skyhold safe and totally not to see dorian stumbling out of bed in mustache curlers and bull and sera without smallclothes and cassandra with her braid down and vivienne’s latest orlesian nightie and fluffy slippers and cullen’s bedhead and josie’s bedhead and leliana’s bedhead with feathers from the rookery and blackwall’s bedbeard and varric’s bedchesthair and solas’s ears crinkled from sleeping on them wrong

and then there’s cole who is still fully dressed, including his hat

and dorian reaches over, takes cole’s hat, and covers bull’s lower half with it

and everyone’s blushing and flushed and disoriented and somewhat furious at the inquisitor, but they’re alive and happy and laughing, and that’s what matters most
