Chameleon Moon is a REALLY GOOD book with a super diverse cast! Queer characters & relationships, gender variant characters, people of various races, a positive poly relationship, neuroatypical characters, disabled characters AND MORE! On top of all of that, the writing is lovely and the story is engaging. There were so many lines that just rang so true to me and my experiences that I had to stop and reread them over and over.
Be forewarned that there is plenty of conflict in this story! Lots of fairly terrible things happen to the characters, although it’s definitely all with good reason and not shock value or anything like that. But I was surprised sometimes by how dark it got!
I recommend this book to all my followers, for sure. And for $4.99—which like RoAnna says, will work on anyone’s computer with the free Kindle app, or even just in your browser via Amazon—why not give it a shot? You’ll be supporting an small press publisher and queer creator in the process!
