ISFJs are genuinely warm, kindhearted caretakers who value harmony and cooperation. Motivated to provide for others and protect them from harm, ISFJs are steady, committed workers who will persist until they finish the job. They value traditional methods and are not likely to stray unless concrete evidence is provided.
