there were a lot of cute moments last night but my fav was when percy started yelling for everybody to pull and immediately got winded bc he’s an out of shape weenie whose upper arm strength only kicks in when it comes to bad news

that underrated but ridiculously adorable moment in ep53 where vex showed percy the key she had found in the chest that percy told her via earring to check for false bottoms on, reblarb if u agree
vex has gone more than three years without ever talking about being abducted by slavers/organ harvesters and narrowly avoiding what could’ve been a sexual assault (”After the woman had fallen asleep, her partner decided he wanted a closer look at me. The ale they took from our camp had him sloppy and confident. So when he stood in front of the cage door, drunkenly fumbling with his laces, I leapt forward.”). she hasn’t even told her twin who she eventually tells everything.
she’s so averse to letting the people who love her know that she’s been hurt or is hurting somebody please help her

Do think if Percy died and was revived, he’d look at Vox Machina with disbelief and confusion as to why they’d bother to resurrect him?

The first time Vex begins to suspect that Percy is deathly ticklish, they’re pressed against a wall together and trying desperately not to be seen by the cadre of guards searching for them. It’s not the circumstances under which Vex would like to get Percival up against a wall, considering she’s cramped and sweaty and streaked with blood, but she’s appreciating it nonetheless.
She shifts slowly, trying to ease the cramps in her knees. Her elbow brushes up against Percy’s side. He jerks away, makes a small noise at the back of his throat. They both freeze, eyes wide in terror. At last Vex breathes. One long slow breath. Two.
It seems they haven’t been noticed.
She smiles, apologetic, at Percy. He returns the look, boyishly sheepish. It’s endearing. “Sorry,” he mouths, knowing she can read it.
Vex very carefully doesn’t move.
