i love the idea of vex never entertaining the idea of percy as attractive or charming until vax says it and then she’s constantly observing percy with this confused and frustrated frown on her face when he isnt looking like “what the fuck is vax talking about?? percy?? charming?? please” but then the more she looks the more she starts getting it and the more she sees like percy takes his glasses off to rub at his eyes or runs his fingers through his hair, rolls his sleeves up or talks down a noble with incredible ease and she just sits there with her arms crossed and this really flustered frown like “fuck”
